Creating Chapters for DVD

I'm using Sonic MyDVD to author DVD's. Mostly I'm capturing old VHS home movies. I'd like to create chapters every 10min or so so that I can skip ahead or go back. SOnic doens't seem to support this and making and burning smaller seperate movies seems to be the only way with my current software.

Is there a software Like MyDVD that will create the chapters?

MAGIX video deLuxe 2,0 is an all-in-one video studio on PC. Videos, movies, photos and additional audio and video material can be re-worked from the most diverse sources on the PC. Long films can be divided into different chapters and/or scenes automatically.

There are Many DVD Authoring Programs that Support Chapters, Most do and if yours doesn"t then it must be a Really Crappy Program..There are Lots some totally Cheap and some More expensive some of the Cheap ones are "Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2"($50) and a Bit more expensive is "Ulead DVD Workshop 1.3"($250) and then there are the Profecinal ones like "Sonic DVD Producer 3.1.1"($4500) and "Sonic Scenerest 2.7"($15,000-$35,000)..I have all of these Programs and Sonic DVD Producer seems to be the Best one for my Purposes but all of them will add chapters...

try this

after searching their site here's what I came up with-

"To add chapter points at regular intervals while capturing, select Create Chapter Points in the Capture to Disk window, then enter the interval in minutes or seconds. To add a chapter point while capturing, press the spacebar. MyDVD inserts a chapter point at the frame that is displayed when you press the spacebar. "

I guess that's not an option for me. Sonic MyDVD came with the Burner but does not seem to support my AIW that I capture with. I'm using ati sw to capture and then sonic to create...
