Hi, I know there are a Few Poeple Here that use Vegas Video 3 or 4, or Ulead Media Studio or Video studio or Even Premier, and I just ran across this New Frameserver for Vegas and the other Programs mentioned,It is Called the "Plugin Pack Frameserver" and the Frameserver files are accepted By Most Programs as they have an AVI Extention..It lets you Export your Projects Directly From The Timeline of Vegas/Ulead/Premier to any Other Program Like Tmpgenc CCE,Procoder, MainConcept and Others..The speed isn"t as fast as say AVISynth but it isn"t that bad, the only real Drawback I saw becides being a bit buggy is that you have to keep Vegas Running while you are encodeing and if you want to frameserve Audio you have to wait a Few minutes to Make the Frameserver File..So if anyone is interested in a Frameserver for these Programs The check it out here: http://www.debugmode.com/pluginpac/frameserver.php ..

I saw this the day after I bought the frameserver from videotools.net. I was not happy until I found out that it is a lot slower, a little buggy and the videotools frameserver does post processing, allows you to use a seperate audio encoder and will mux, do pulldown and supports the AVIWrap.ddl as wella as AVISynth. For $25 it is about as complete as you can ask for.
