I've got a svcd movie in bin file. I burned the bin file to cd, and now i'd like to have subtitles with this movie. Is it possible to add subtitles now, after the movie is burned to a svcd? ( i kind of giving subtitles into a map on svcd?)

That's not possible. http://www.doom9.net has various programs for adding subtitles to SVCD, but you'll have to reburn the SVCD.

Do i have to extract the bin file on my computer to get the avi file and than burn it with subtitles to svcd, or is it possible to burn directly the bin file with subtitles? And what file must be the subtitles?

Go to the MPEG2 directory on the SVCD and copy the AVISEQ01.MPG file to your hard drive and you're done. No need to extract. Go to doom9 as I suggested, find some programs, and do some reading. I've never added subtitles to SVCD except by using DVD2SVCD which does it automatically, so I can't offer any practical advice on how to do it. Sorry.
