can't update DVD Workshop to 1.3

I had to reformat my hd and when I reinstalled DVD Workshop 1.2 and went to update to the 1.3 patch, I get an error that says "cannot find the Ulead DVD Workshop 1.0 on your system". I know it will take weeks to hear back from Ulead so I hope someone can help me with this.

You have to have the Full Retail version of Ulead DVD workshop 1.2 before you can update to the 1.3 version, that is the Only reason I can think of why the 1.3 update will not work...

If trial version, go to cracks4u.us.

Use full & AC3 by Bidgan - other doesn't work.

I don"t think there is a Crack for DVDWS 1.2 that will let you update to the 1.3 version....

Bidgan's crack worked find and allowed to add extra content as well.

And how, pray tell, might one employ this patch...the updater persists with the complaint regarding the lack of the 1.0 version!

I also Wrote a Crack that lets you update to the 1.3 version..It actually makes it a real Full version that you can register with Ulead....
