| I have the files to put into Nero or similar to create a VCD or SVCD. What I'm looking for is the software that lets you read the BIN file so I can extract the actual MPEG2 file. I have used it before, I know it makes a virtual CD drive by loading in the .cue file, but I can't remember what it is called or where to get it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Forget it, boys and girls, I've remembered what the damn thing was. Daemon Tools, and it works fine.
