I have a problem with dvd2svcd. when i play the svcd on my dvd player the speech and movie are out of sync. Does anybody knows how to correct this problem?
I've changed various settings in dvd2svcd, but all those changes dont solve the problem of being out of sync.

Are you encoding with TMPGenc in DVD2SVCD? If so, your problem is most likely caused by the bit rate of your video being too high. The only solutions are to either find a copy of CCE to encode with instead of TMPGenc or to use something like MPEG2VCR (http://www.womble.com) to demux and then use the multiplex option to move the sound forwards or backwards in the mux until you fix it. You may have to do several muxes until you figure out the right value to use.

Yes i was using TMPGenc to encode. I've used CCE for the first time now, and it looked a whole lot better.
Thanx for the advice.
