How to create SVCD

How to create and export suitable file format whit Premiere 6 and record as SVCD whit Nero as I want to keep the quality from the source /my DV Camera/ ?

There is a Mainconcept mpeg2 encoder plugin that may already be available as part of your Premier installation. If not, it can be installed.

There are also CinemaCraft (CCE) and Procoder plugins that work in a similar manner - though they are expensive if you actually buy them.

In all three cases you select the plugin in the \Export\Timeline\Movie\Settings, and so the timeline exports directly to a mpg file that you can then import into a Nero SVCD template.

Alternatively, you could export as an avi file, and then import that into Nero and let Nero use its own encoder. However the quality will be poorer than the above 3 options.

You can also do it by frameserving ... but that's a longer story.
