Hey, Is there anyway to split an mpeg, that is too large to fit on one cd, without re-encoding it?

TMPGEnc has a cut (and merge) option - look in its "MPEG Tools" menu.

Womble's MPEG2VCR would be another option.

If you meant to split MPEG1 file (for VCD, other than MPEG-2 for SVCD), Womble's MPEGVCR is the best choice. You can get a free demo version downloaded from www.womble.com. If you meant to split MPEG-2 file you will not able to get a free version from Womble. But MPEG2VCR is still one of the best choices. It worthes the money.
