Hi!

Got an secondhand TV-wonder (card only).
Installed on Win2000 Asus p3b-1394 machine.
Installed dx9b, Catalyst 3.8, MMC7.9.
All look ok, TV button appeared but TV-wizard first asked to choose Theather or TV-wonder-capture.
After selecting wizard continues TV installation, but stops on page cable / antenna selection. There is no country to be selected as normally and next button is grayed out.

What the A-devil this time ???!!

Well I know that it is Possible because I have done it before as I now have an old Radeon 7200 VIVO Card and I had My old TV wonder installed also and they worked fine together accept that I did not use The TV wonder Drivers Cuz they Suck Big time, I used the "BTWinCap Drivers" instead and it worked Great...The ATI Drivers for the TV wonder card only allow you to capture at a Max resolution of 640+272 but when useing the BTWinCap Drivers I can capture at 720+576 Max resolution....I just sold My TV wonder card On E-Bay so I don"t have it anymore But it worked Great while I had it installed with my Radeon 7200 VIVO card......Cheers

Removes all ATI crap. Installed displaydriver. Installed universal BT WDM driver. Tested Amcap. Card seems to work.

Now, which program to use for capturing. Virtualdub for avi and WinDVR for mpeg ??

I would say that WinDVR is the best for Mpeg2, and Virtual dub is Good for AVI but so is "Virtual VCR" and "IU_VCR" ...I still Got better Capture Quality from my Radeon VIVO Card than I did from the TV Wonder card....
