Guys:
I have been using DWS 1.3 since long time but never had a chance to work with motion buttons for the menu until now..I tried that on my last project without any success.
Here is the story: I created five, 30 sec long NTSC DVD compliant clips to use them as motions buttons. I linked those buttons and made sure the "motion button" check box was checked under Attributes (as a matter of fact, it was already selected and grayed out means I didn't have controlled over that checkbox). Well, I created Audio & Video TS folder and played the movie in PowerDVD. These motion buttons were showing as a black still picture. None of the buttons were playing 30sec slip. Yes, I can select the buttons and it was linking to the appropriate chapter but the button itself was not playing..

Maybe Try to use a Different Software DVD Player Cuz there are Problems with PowerDVD Playing Menu"s..PowerDVD allways skips all of the menu"s For me..But WinDVD works Fine...Just a Thought
I don"t use DVDWS 1.3 anymore Because of it"s Lack of Compliance in the DVD standards..The NTSC DVD Standard Calls for AC3 audio or Wav to Be the Main Audio Track but since Wav takes up to much disk Space AC3 is Prefered and Mpeg-1 Layer-2 audio is Not supported in The NTSC DVD Standard as the Main Audio Track and Can onlt be Present if there is allready a AC3 or Wav as the Main Audio track, But since DVDWS doesn"t support AC3 the Program can"t Make Compliant NTSC DVD"s unles you use Wav audio....Cheers
