i have followed the guide i found on the net and converted an ogm file to svcd with two audion stream but for some reason the subtitle does not show
can anyone tell me if dvp-ns530 support svcd or cvd subtitle
Check the DVD Player Compatibility List at http://www.vcdhelp.com. SVCD subtitles can be in 2 different formats and some players only support one of them. I will warn you that while I don't know about your particular model, in the past Sony DVD players didn't support SVCD subtitles at all in either of the 2 formats You had to make them part of the picture where they couldn't be turned off but were always on, like subtitles on a video tape, if you wanted to see them.
