Have done a few MP3 discs which play well on my DVD. Can I add menus to a VCD format to show info. about the music. If so, how do I do it ??

VCDeasy (http://www.vcdeasy.org) supposedly can support something like this, but I haven't tried it. You will have to convert from MP3 to MPEG-1 Layer II audio though.
Such conversion probably will make the audio quality a little worse. In my opinion, it's not really worth it just to have a few menus, but you might feel differently.
