I have a program, Super DVD Ripper, than can make me an SVCD file of a movie. I wanted to know anyone who knew a program that i could get which would help me reduce the file size of my svcd in order to fit it onto a cdr. I want to do this because VCD quality is so crappy i thought that if i compressed an SVCD than it might have better quality.

Can't be done

most movies done in svcd format require three disks. 80 minutes on a disk is vcd quality. 40-50 minutes on a disk is svcd quality. you can make a kvcd and get i think 120 minutes or more on a disk but quality is lower than vcd and sometimes very terrible. so get over it. you need to use more than one disk. if you want to cut corners you're going to cut quality.
