Improve VCD

Is there anyway of improving the quality of a VCD? or adjusting the light, brightness???

Depends on what you are using creently. One thing to remember with VCD is garbage in garbage out..

There was a link on this BB to a copy of Procoder. It's the best there is for this sort of stuff..
