The scene with the saw was filmed, we know that, it should be out there, were i dont know, but, that link for the aparrent Boss saw scene looks to me like the bloke is just incerting the pic in to the video.
But, im sure it does exist! ive talked to loads of people who saw it at the 1979 convention!.
Even top people in the bruce lee world will tell you it was shown in the rare print at this convention, burning cart scene and all!!
so, stick that in head and saw it!! LOL
