I'm afraid you wouldn't have seen anything of the sort Mr Lung. That footage was never released on VHS/Videotape. However I don't know what format the footage does exist in at this time. Ask either Mr Weintraub(a producer) or Mr Kerridge(a collector). Apparently they have both attained this footage according to a Mr Tadman(a historian).
