What tv adverts have featured the Lightning Seeds songs? some of em are really bugging me because im sure i've heard em on telly in the past!

Well the only ones I can remember are "You Showed Me" on the Thomson directory ad, and "Marvellous" on the Renault Scenic ad. Hope that helps!

I certainly remember the Renault and Vauxhall ads but not the Thompson one! Is that all there is?

You Showed Me was also used to advertise HMV at Christmas a couple of years ago. Sweetest Soul Sensations was used by the BBC for about a month to advertise the Saturday night schedule.

i've just remembered that Life of Riley was used to advertise KFC for the period leading up to Euro 2000 when they were using a football promotion. Also, years ago the childrens tv channel Nickolodeon used Marvellous to advertise itself on other channels and as the closing item.

i think it was 'YOU SHOWED ME' on Under the Knife last night, when they were talking of penis extensions, of all things.

(i know thats not an advert, but they keep cropping up, on a holiday program as well)

Electricity , OMD is now advertising 'something' another spot on band (of their time).....which got me thinking about Seeds support bands who have had their music used for adverts...

Wasn't Pure used for the Fiat Cinquecento with the lampposts that bent to form the shape of a heart? It might have been used on the Vauxhall Zafira ads as well but I can't remember those.

I am fairly sure SENSE has been used on a TV promotion as well...

Ok, itseems that these are the ones that have been used.... SENSE still seems far too familiar though....!
