There is a copyright on the material as it is in the process of being edited for commercial use.

I appreciate your concern, but I do wonder where you felt I was being hostile. I only was notifying you of the copyright that is held on some of those things, so that it was understood by the players on the board that this particular line of creativity is going to be going to market.
