Question about fiancee visa.

Hi. I went to your site. It has been very helpful. Me and my fiance are going to file for a K1 visa soon. I want to ask a question about the Biographic Information G-325A. I know that we both have to fill this form up. In this form, there's a file number that says A- , shall we leave it both blank ? Thanks.
