n400 application Vermont Centre

I live in NYC & therefore filed n400 at St Albans, Vermont.
I have just received Notice of action with a Received and Priority date of December 31, 2001. The notification said i should expect to hear within 540 days.
Does anybody know, given current backlogs, when i can expect to get a fingerprinting date/ interview date? any current information would be helpful. Thank You.
