ive been chatting w/ a filipina in cebu who is interested in getting a student visa to continue her schooling (seeking a degree in accounting)in th usa
she is ina very low economic bracket, and cannot finance herself, nor are any of her relatives able to help her financially
from what i understand by reading th somewhat confusing us embassy in manila page on this topic, it would be impossible for her to get a student visa w/o being able to show how she could support herself-- is this correct?
and if i or someone else would be willing to sponsor her, would that satisfy th requirements for her to get a student visa to th usa?
