Response to Defined playing field

In my opinion, open architechture should allow the user to create custom missions, campaigns, scenery, and maybe even ground objects and buildings. A big must is to make it so the player can repaint his own skins for his aircraft. Everyone likes to personalize, and it makes it more realistic, as this was done in the time. As far as addon aircraft go maybe you should not make them open architechture? If you are reluctant to make the aircraft open architechture (which I agree with) then I think you (or some other person(s)) should try and aim to produce at least 1 or 2 extra addon aircraft every month after the release, as it is this that keeps players hooked. It gives the game a new burst of life when you can put new aircraft into it. That is what is essentially keeping Red Baron afloat I think. If RB did not have open architechture, I think it would have probably died a long time ago. I have never played RB, so being an OA system, how does it deal with mods and the alike? Anyway, I think you're doing excellent work, and I can't wait for the next Testbed! :o)
