This is going to be difficult. Its under discussion now, but the biggest problem is resources. Essentially, doing that is equivalent to creating a parallel game to the sim part. Darkwing and I talked about this when he and I met.
Its possible to do. There's a question of cost vs. gain, and resources. If I have someone who can work on that, or on the mission generation portion of the sim, which do you think would take pecedence?
Kessler's working on the living aerodrome concept right now. We'll see what he comes up with, then discuss how to implement it.
