Aye aye, ma'am.

Nina D'Arcy I can explain - she did send in an "audition" to take the part of Gilderoy Lockhart in one of our RPGs (the James Potter timeline no less - imagine a fifteen-year-old Lockhart with spots), but she hasn't actually begun to participate yet. I will try to contact her again and get her to fill out a template for herself rather than Lockhart, but it may be a futile effort: I entertain suspicions that her computer won't allow her to view anything on Network54.

As for Evan/Evelyn - yeah. Post 'em both. I'll talk to their player and find out which name to put on the RPG page.

I think it's a good idea to eliminate the form entirely. A certain amount of natural selection should take place if people are forced to actually speak to you beforehand, and aren't simply allowed to pop in, fill out a form, and disappear forever.

As to whether they should email you first - I wonder if it wouldn't be a good idea for them to have to say right out on the board "I would like to join the Hogwarts Post" before you give them your email? That would accomplish the first step of actually getting them out on the board in the first place and acquainted with the rest of us.
