Actually, my vote would go to Professor McGonagall. Severus is such a sardonic little SOB that he's hard not to like, but the fact remains that only the students in his House ever learn anything. The others are too busy hating him. So, magnificent jerk that he may be, I don't think he makes a good teacher.
