      it shows plenty of excellent perception. But maybe if you have a book club, you should examine the literary devices of hack writers: what the devices are, and why they grab people's attention. Then, if you wanted, you could try to write a novel based on the formulas you discovered. You might have fun with it and make a bunch of money.
