As for what they choose to report, that's their biznay. I would hate to have it publicized if I were dying of cancer of the butt, but I suppose she's too far gone to care.

...I think she chose to have it publicized.  It was her choice to do it long before the end.

...and the news that has encompassed this evening...but I found this incredibly worth a chuckle, in a sick, tired medical professional kind of way (Lestique may appreciate it)
