Moe was seeing Bertholy twice a year since 1978. But that is not the point.
Ty said in the post to which I was responding:

You may have missed earlier related posts but this is a reference to a clip of Moe reportedly answering the question of where he got his swing with the names of STC devotees.
My response to this was:
Dueling pros. IMHO 2 decades of personal coaching trumps a positive statement for where Moe got his swing.
From his history it seems clear Moe developed his swing on his own but Ty chooses to 'build on' the Moe quote in the clip so we go from there.
So the question you should ask is does anybody know when Moe first met Manuel de la Torre or Ernest Jones and how much did he work with them.
