How do you do it?

Interesting post. I had one of these typical rounds yesterday. Started off smoothly then got sloppy in the set up, didnt feel "right" etc and started missing fairways. We all know fast swingers, but I think the majority of pros seem to me to take forever to get to the top. Add to this Fred Shoe whose videos showed the pro takes longer than us mortals to go from the top to 6/100 and people like Mr D who says to start down slow is SO important. Mr D says you just gotta do it. Fred S says swing as slow as you can feel. Sort of like going slow which we have discussed many times. Any new revelations? Mr X's 1 AND 2 and other tempo tips dont work for me.
