'Master Move' vs. Early wrist cock

If you set your lead wrist early in the backswing to maximum abduction, while maintaining a flat lead wrist (no cup), it doesn't seem possible to execute the 'Master Move' of increasing wrist cock. Nicklaus seems to not be at full lead wrist abduction at the top of his swing and therefore the change in direction serves to increase his wrist cock. However the dangerous thing from this type of move (as you have mentioned before) is making sure the wrists don't cock wrong (lead hand cup). If you set them early, you lose the 'Master Move' but you gain more certainty in how your lead wrists actually cock.
