For a 'body-transported' swing, I'm doubtful of whether the lead knee focus will transport the arms effectively enough to get to 6/100. It seems better to focus more on the 'lateral' hip shift and spine tilt demonstrated in Dante's and Martino's teachings.

Also it seems that the 3-4 frame body lead (seen in pros) is not the best for 'body-transported' arms. It would seem (I have not used video yet) that the 'arms of wood' would need to move more in unison (not in exact unison) with the lower body Martino shift to be able to effectively be transported to 6/100 without requiring an independent arm swing. [This is assuming a very connected trail elbow at top of swing position].
