Response to ‘Clawing' for the truth

When Bertholy first mentions the 'Claw' is with his little excercise. He gets into more detail on it later with the pictures that I mentioned. The 'Claw' is the position of the trail arm and includes the elbow bend, wrist bend finger position and arm position.

To get the distance your trail elbow can move in front AND/OR you can move your hips forward. Notice in the impact position of the Ted Kroll clip that his hips have moved forward half their width and his hands are ahead of his lead hip at impact.
