Take an iron and hold it in the forefinger and thumb of your trail hand, hold it out about waist high.

Now start swinging the club to and fro in a pendulum like motion, and continue to do so until the motion feels free and easy, it is preferable to do this with your eyes closed.

When the motion starts to feel like second nature grasp the club in both hands in a normal grip (Ernest Jones taught a neutral Vardon, not a SA palm grip which is NOT optimal for this type of swing) and replicate the swinging motion with both hands.

I found that this type of swing was great for short chips and putting, but was an absolute reliability disaster when it came to full swings.

NG is going to have big time problems if they are going to hang their hat on this type of a swing.
