Response to Appreciated - waggle?
In one of the drills he has you take a full three seconds at the start of the backswing from address to lead are at about 45 deg BELOW horizontal. Will definitely stop any 'jerk' tendencies.

You'll have to remind me about you question on 'waggle'?
