I will post more later if desired. I'd skipped past the details of #1 since I'd not figured out how to make a Swing Pipe yet.
Program 1 is going through the 7 positions with the swing pipe and hands separated (when both hands are on the pipe) and holding each one in tension for 10 seconds before moving to the next. Program 1 has all of the very specific details about what constitues a correct position.
