Step two: after three months conditioning with the Swing Pipe, use a one pound to two poind golf Club with a conventional Golf grip of the hands. Using an old golf club, simply add sheet lead that can be purchased at many hardware stores, to weight the club to your particular needs. Personally, I have graduated to a four pound club, which is far too heavy for all but a few individuals. At my current age of 65 years, and only 5'6" height, I can handle this very heavy club with relative ease due to the nature of PROGRESSIVE PRECISE INTENSIFIED CONDITIONING. I can hold it in the top of Backswing position for one minute, using only the last two fingers of my left hand during grip training.
BTW - If the double bend places the clubhead offset in the 'toe' direction, the reason is the same as in the trainer I mentioned in the STC thread. To increase the rotational force of the trainer vs a regular club so you can learn to recognize the 'feel'.
