8-step swing

Response to McLean
in the book,he talks about teaching differences for novice and advanced students.there is a 4 step swing also.when he gets to the transition move{sit down}step 5,he states that it is for advanced students only and even suggests seeking out a pro to work on this move with.not a bad read,my girlfriend found the ladies chapter very helpful.
