We will have to agree to disagree but you should consider that you have no empathy for the plight of regular guys.
It is impossible to identify by feel something you've never felt. Feeling a positon statically is not the same as getting to that positon dynamically (as many here have reported with regards to '6/100s'). And the biomechanics of the downswing are such that it's impossible to sorrect a position mid-downswing. So if you never did a swing correctly you will have no idea how it feels. Anything you DO feel is incorrect. And every time you parctice that incorrect swing you learn to be more consistently incorrect.
What is worse for many regular guys is they have various people telling them they are doing it correctly. That that was a good swing. And they didn't and it wasn't. That is part of the lesson of petearm's story as well as PhysEd's story of his companions telling him he was holding the angle well and he wasn't. Or the example of Herbert who posted photos of his swing.
So you go with Galway. I will only go with Galway AFTER I know what I'm feeling is correct. Galway is great AFTER Tilden has been well implemented.
