Peter, we have no feel for anything until we do it. That's the point that Gallwey makes and I agree. We didn't have to know the mechanics of walking, crawling, riding a bike, or sticking our finger up our nose. We did it until we did it acceptably (well, maybe the last thing isn't too acceptable no matter how well we do it). Then if we wanted to become a BMX racer we added the mechanical adjustments.
I'll leave it at that.
