at a creative explanation.you will need the book with real pictures to follow along.allow me to be upfront about my knowledge of photography.i have none.but perturbed by the lack of modern photos showing this shaft bend,i carefully studied the pictures.first i noticed that the faster the moving part,the more blurry it is,with the head being the most in focus and the clubhead being the most distorted.still doesnt answer anything.i flip back a few pages,and during his backswing the shaft is bending upwards.that makes me believe it is the film.on top of that,in the downswing picture the actual grip is bending.he had very fast hands but i cant see the grip bending in any swing.having said that,i do believe peter and jack are right on on the forces at work there.
