The Master Move pops up in a number of the Bertholy posts.
The first description may leave a bit to the imagination so I added some
clips to illustrate. Right click on the clip and save it to your system. Quicktime is the best free viewer and will let you examine a frame at a time using the arrow keys.
To summarize, the master move gets you from the top of swing to a position with your hands lower, trail elbow near (or at) your side with ideally an increase in wrist cock, minimally no easing of wrist cock.
