Paul Bertholy passed away some time ago and the Bertholy Manual was the 'hand out' for people that attended his school. The only way to get it now is through the used book market or through the inter-library exchange program as one person here has noted.
There is a Bertholy school in VA taught by people that were associated with Bertholy. There are a couple of other instructors, one in Canada and one in FL but no one here has reported contact with either.
Short of these the posts in the Bertholy threads here as well as the video clip of one the instructors from the Bertholy School in VA doing one of the drills seems to be all thats out there.
