| Reading your post reminds me of me... Sorry about that! Anyway what I am getting at is that I often seem to do better when I change something. This I think is because I have mental problems when playing golf or any other sport for that matter. My plan to beat this little problem is 2 part:
1) Develop a reasonable swing and make it a habit.
2) Use the swing while not thinking technique as outlined by McIrishman.
Number one is difficult for me because I am constantly running into stuff to try on this forum and youtube etc. though I do I feel like I am homing in on the swing that I want to use, the Bertholy method is a bit part of that.
Number two really works though it is a bit tricky as it is easy to short circuit the process and cheat.
