Sounds like a great plan!
Did your dietician recommend eating certain types of foods plus excercise? Or maybe some other added secret?

What sort of weight training are you planning on doing? Are you getting expert advice in that area also? LOL, I recommend swinging a wooden handled mop as hard as you can for about 50 reps at a time for a good golf workout!
