It was my impression that high hanicappers tend to
have poor weight shifts and a lot of times never make
it to the lead side leg in time, and hit off the
trail foot so to speak and pro's tend to make a
good controlled weight shift to start their down swing.
It seems like it would be the oppisite from what the study
shows.
A lot of high handicapers don't appear to make a weight shift
at all. How can good players make a slower weight shift
than hackers?
Isn't a move of weight to the lead leg the first part of a
good down swing?
