where is YOUR picture ---you seem well coordinated and strong why not post YOUR picture with a 62 next to it ---
I think Bertholy is a perfectly fine method for improving --I just want you to tell me why it doesnt produce exceptional results for you --- surely you can get in the positions you show in your posts-- why does the ball not go straight -- I am not attacking you or Bertholy I want to know what part breaks down , it is actually a good method to disect because it seems very expansive -----
