Response to My point is

Bertholy is an intense training regimen. McIrishman started Bertholy training
at about the same time that I did. He stuck with it. I did not. His game has
progressed steadily to his present 4(?) handicap. My handicap has gone up and
down and up and down. Very few people have the discipline to stay with what
Bertholy demands. "Only the lazy fail". You can adapt any swing method to Bertholy
training and so it may not result in a "perfect" swing but it will result in
an effective one. A Bertholy swing will break down in the same places that any
swing will but the odds against a breakdown are greatly increased. In my case
my scoring ability was developing apace with McIrishman's but I wasn't willing to
maintain the training level required. So there he is at a 4 and here I am waffling
between 10 and 15. If you want it bad enough Bertholy will give it to you.
I seem to like it on the mery-go-round.happy.gif
