Response to Very nice

It's not chock full of drills. It's somewhat of a narrative of all the various things that make or rob power. From physical condition to grip to mechanics. There are 30 short chapters, give or take. I would say it does not break a lot of new ground but packages up all of the pieces in one place.

One comment for now....
Todd stresses his dislike of the 10 finger grip. He shows how it limits leverage at the top, and therefore is a power loss. I still use it and I think I can get to the same angles he says are inhibited. But I don't grip tightly. Possibly I'm doing a good job of maintaining the correct pressure points on my trail hand. Or maybe I'm just kidding myself. wink.gif

Next time I watch it I will post a review of some of the key points.
