| lead foot slipped and he nearly fell down on the tee box of one of the last holes of the US Open. That he was able to hang on and make contact with the ball was a miracle. Of course, the shot went left into the tall grass and it might have cost him a stroke. He generates a tremendous amount of lower body torque, as I believe we all should. If there was ever an endorsement for wearing spikes, this would be it.
