Response to Yes, for most all of them

Once I'd figured out how to come down inside and keeping the peak of my cap still on the DS (a much missed characteristic of the pros, more than one of the pic guys lurch forward), one of the key points in me getting <5 was my modified Bertholy - I did 100 lead arm taking a divot swing for 2 weeks initially. <br> Although a workout nut, I couldn't believe how weak my lead arm and wrist were. And was reminded of B's comment about arm and wrist strength. And his plea for everyone to do as many of them as they can, as often as they can, even waiting on the tee as I recollect
We often pick out what we want, but I'm always impressed with the size of Federer's right forearm - huge, compared with his left. He must be much stronger than anyone realises.
On the 'coming down slow' if there is no mirror, the subject is subject to the golfers eternal self delusion - we are not doing what we swear we are.
Much better I think to use a camera and draw lines.
But even this is at the mercy of the golfers illusions. My son in law is a very high level tennis player and a pretty good 15 hcp guy. He came to the east coast and asked me to film him (he's a CEO and not bashful). We took a film - over the top. Ed says- 'you must have aligned me wrong take it again'. Same result.
He left still not believing me.
